The thing I must remind myself is that many of the people I am helping are encountering tech (and other) problems they never thought they'd have to deal with, and it's very overwhelming.

It is easier to remember this every time I have to fight with [service name redacted], whose UI is designed so that the ones who made it know where everything is, so that's good enough, right?
