Good morning, friends,

I am on an ongoing quest to fill my classroom with Raspberry Pi computers. If you have a spare dollar or two, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am still incredibly grateful to everyone who has been giving to my Donors Choose projects.

Yes, I'm insanely grateful to @ajroach42 for funding an entire project, but even the smaller donations are crucial towards my goal of replacing our older hardware.

My last Donors Choose project was funded, but I'm trying not to lose my momentum.

If you have a few dollars, please consider helping me replace the older computers in my lab.

Save you a click: Get the 2GB or higher model and a decent case that allows airflow and yes, it works pretty well.

#Minetest is now in feature freeze for the 5.1.0 release. This is a period of typically 1 week before the release where only bug fixes and essential maintence is permitted.

Last night I learned that installing VLC Media Player on my Kindle Fire lets me play all the songs I have on the hard drive I plugged into my router.

It's one of those things that, yes, I knew in theory, but I'm glad I put it to practice as it makes my Kindle useful again.

No, YOU stayed at school until almost 6:30pm on an inservice day where you didn't even have new grades to enter.

No, wait ... that was me.

Casual reminder that I'm slowly replacing all of my classroom's 11 year old computers and I could use some help doing it if you have a spare dollar or two.

Hi Raspberry Pi Pros out there! I'm planning my exhibition and will use RPis as machines to display my generative art. Problem is: The staff will just pull the plug at night. How can I prevent corrupted SD cards? //@cloelkes how do you do it at zkm?
