Accidentally wrecked my laptop by installing the SMARTBoard linux driver.
I'm sure there are ways I could have reversed the problem, but it was faster to wipe the drive and put a fresh install of Debian on it. (It's not my primary computer. If it was there may have been ugly-crying.)
I'm using this as an opportunity to try GNOME for my desktop after using KDE for quite some time.
Things are ... different.
